HEAD OF THE ACADEMY OF YOUNG DIPLOMATS
Urszula Michalska became part of the EAD team in 2016, as the Head of the Academy of Young Diplomats. She previously worked as the Logistics Coordinator at the Warsaw Security Forum, an international conference organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation. Prior to working in Warsaw, Urszula worked at INTERPOL General Secretariat in Lyon, France, starting as in intern in 2011. By the time she left the organization in 2016, she had become a vital part of the CBRNE Sub-Directorate, working as a Project Assistant. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University, Poland.
She took part in the Erasmus exchange in Lyon, France where she obtained a Certificate in Political Science: Certificat d’Etudes Politiques from the Institute of Political Studies (IEP). Urszula holds a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University in Washington D.C, recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
