Ambassador to Lithuania (1992 - 1996)


Polish lawyer, historian, essayist, academic (professor since 1988), diplomat and politician. He is the author of over 10 books and numerous articles. He was the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in the cabinet of Tadeusz Mazowiecki in the early 1990’s, the Polish ambassador to Lithuania between 1992 and 1996, and the Deputy to Sejm between 2007 and 2011.
