On 22 March the EAD and the Casimir Pulaski Foundation had an immense pleasure to host Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland, at a working dinner attended by representatives of Polish think-tank community, NGOs and international organization based in Warsaw. We thank all our friends for a truly stimulating exchange of views on the condition of the civil society in Poland.
