Ph.D. in history of art, currently directing the National Museum in Warsaw; former director of Zachęta National Gallery of Art. Ambassador of Republic of Poland in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea between 1993-1997. Former curator at the Royal Castle in Warsaw and professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. The author of exhibitions “Polish female artists”, “Invasion of Sound”.
