The Business Environment Has Changed
The assumptions that shaped business strategy for decades are beingchallenged by a new geopolitical reality.
Today’s leaders must understand not only markets and customers, but also the geopolitical forces increasingly shaping the global business landscape.
This Executive Masterclass Series has been created for executives who want to strengthen their strategic perspective and make better decisions in times of uncertainty.
The program combines expertise from international affairs, security, economics, technology and strategic planning with practical insights from individuals who have advised governments and companies, shaped policy, led institutions and built innovative ventures.
Rather than focusing on theory alone, the program equips Executive Fellows with frameworks, perspectives and decision-making tools that can be applied directly to leadership, growth, resilience and long-term business strategy.

Why Executive Fellows Join
Today’s leaders face questions that traditional management education rarely addresses.
- How should geopolitical risk influence business strategy?
- What do global power shifts mean for investment and growth decisions?
- How can organizations build resilience in an increasingly uncertain environment?
- What strategic opportunities emerge from disruption?
- How should leaders make decisions when the future is difficult to predict?
This program is designed to help Executive Fellows better understand the forces shaping tomorrow’s business landscape and develop practical approaches to navigating uncertainty.

The Learning Experience
Each session lasts three hours and follows a structured format designed to maximize learning, engagement and practical application.
• Executive insight
Mentors share their experience, frameworks, and strategic perspectives on key geopolitical developments shaping today’s world.
• Direct dialogue
Executive Fellows engage in an interactive discussion and Q&A session, gaining direct access to the mentor’s thinking, experience and decision-making process.
• Strategic Challenge
During each session, Executive Fellows receive a short strategic case, scenario, or challenge prepared by the mentor. Participants then work in small groups to develop recommendations and strategic responses before presenting their conclusions for discussion, constructive challenge, and direct feedback from both the mentor and their peers.
The objective is not simply to learn from experts, but to apply new perspectives to real strategic challenges.
