A long-time employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and former Deputy Director of Diplomatic Protocol at the Ministry. An expert in diplomatic protocol, etiquette, and official etiquette.

For years, he actively participated in organizing the most important state and diplomatic events in Poland—from visits by crowned heads of state, presidents, and prime ministers, to UN and NATO Secretaries-General and representatives of EU institutions. He was jointly responsible for the organization of the pilgrimages of John Paul II and Benedict XVI, the commemorations of the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the ceremonies in Jedwabne, and the anniversary of “Solidarity.” He was also involved in the work related to the opening of Polish war cemeteries in Katyn, Kharkiv, and Lviv.

During the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, he was responsible for protocol services for key events, co-organized meetings at the EU level, and study visits by foreign diplomats to various regions of the country.

He conducts training sessions and workshops on diplomatic protocol, etiquette, and the rules of official savoir-vivre. His audience includes employees of central and local government, staff preparing to work in diplomatic missions, as well as university and high school students.
