The European Academy of Diplomacy is pleased to announce that, as of 1 October 2025, Dr Michał Pronobis has taken up the post of Executive Director.

Dr Michał Pronobis holds a PhD in Economics, is an academic lecturer and an experienced manager of educational programmes. He is a member of the IACBE (International Accreditation Council for Business Education) and Vice-Chair of the organisation’s European region. Before joining the Academy, he gained experience as an analyst both in Poland and abroad, including in the banking sector and at an economic think tank. He is also an angel investor supporting projects in the early stages of development in the fields of deep tech and life sciences. As the author of the book “Poland in the Eurozone” and numerous publications on macroeconomics and monetary policy, he brings to the Academy a unique combination of academic knowledge and practical business experience.
