Professional experience:
From 2020 to 2024, he served as Organizational Change Manager at global corporations operating in the pharmaceutical, energy, robotics, and automation industries. From 2018 to 2020, he was an EMEA Account Executive in Serbia, responsible for business development for a group of companies in the blockchain sector.
From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the management board of EDC Expert Direct Communication Sp. z o.o., the largest company in Central Europe providing comprehensive services for transactional and promotional mailings as well as multichannel communication.
From 2013 to 2014, he served as President of the Management Board of WARS S.A., preparing the company to provide services on EIP Premium “Pendolino” trains.
From 2008 to 2011, he served as General Manager responsible for the market launch in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia of the British law firm Bird & Bird, which, according to a 2016 ranking by the daily newspaper “Rzeczpospolita,” was ranked 10th among the 200 largest law firms in Poland.
He began his professional career at Norwich Union, where he held a number of positions, including Secretary of the Supervisory Board. From 2002 to 2005, he worked for Medicover, where he was responsible for new product development in Central Europe. From 2005 to 2008, he collaborated with the Canadian International Management Institute (publisher of the Polish edition of “Harvard Business Review”).
Throughout his professional career, he has also advised management boards of companies in the telecommunications, defense, and professional services sectors. He has actively participated in the development of trade relations between Poland and the United States in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector.

Since 2016, he has been teaching MBA students at the University of Warsaw, and since 2018 at Kozminski University. He is one of only five certified instructors in Poland of the American Prosci® change management methodology.
