Executive Masterclass Series for Business Leaders: Building Strategy in Times of Geopolitical Turbulence
Business leaders today operate in an environment shaped by geopolitical tensions, technological disruption, economic fragmentation, and growing strategic uncertainty. Decisions that were once driven primarily by market dynamics now require a broader understanding of international affairs, security, and global policy.
To address these challenges, the European Academy of Diplomacy has launched the Executive Masterclass Series, an exclusive executive education program designed for CEOs, founders, investors, board members, and senior executives responsible for shaping the long-term direction of their organizations.
Running from October 2026 to February 2027 in Warsaw, the program brings together 16 Executive Fellows for six in-person masterclasses led by internationally recognized experts from the fields of geopolitics, security, economics, technology, and strategic leadership. Participants will gain practical frameworks for navigating uncertainty, assessing geopolitical risk, and making more resilient strategic decisions.
Rather than focusing on theory alone, the Executive Masterclass Series emphasizes practical application, interactive discussion, and direct engagement with mentors whose experience spans government, international organizations, academia, business, and defence. The intentionally small cohort encourages meaningful exchange and lasting professional connections among senior decision-makers.
The program consists of six executive sessions followed by an invitation-only dinner debate, providing participants with opportunities to continue strategic discussions beyond the classroom.
