He was the Polish ambassador in Morocco and South Africa. Former Director of Information Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He served as a delegate of the Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for contacts with the Jewish diaspora and as an envoy for conflict resolution in Africa.

He worked as head of the Office of International Relations in NSSZ „Solidarity” Mazovia, deputy editor of „Gazeta Wyborcza”. Senior fellow at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation.
