On 2 December 2017, the European Academy of Diplomacy and the Casimir Pulaski Foundation will hold the official ceremony of the Inauguration and Graduation of the 13th and 14th edition of the Academy of Young Diplomats.
On December 2nd the new students of our flagship leadership and diplomatic program – the Academy of Young Diplomats (AYD) – will begin their adventure by meeting one of the most extraordinary women leaders in the world – Mrs. Mary Robinson – President of Ireland (1990-1997) and United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (1997-2002).

Last weekend we hosted the 7th session of the Academy of Young Diplomats. Friday schedule included a meeting with group of local Russian social activists who spoke about the challenges civil society is facing in Russia and the future Russia – West relations.

On 14th of January 2017 the European Academy of Diplomacy and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung organized, in cooperation with Jagiellonian University, international conference „The EU Migration & Refugee Crisis” which gathered more than 200 young leaders from 40 countries.
Last weekend, around 150 participants took part in first session of Academy of Young Diplomats. On Friday all participants took part in the orientation session, discussed main features of the program and had a chance to meet the European Academy of Diplomacy team.

The 5th of December 2015 saw the Graduation & Inauguration ceremonies of the Academy of Young Diplomats and the presentation of the 2015 Casimir Pulaski Foundation’s Knight of Freedom award, presented to Carl Bildt and Radoslaw Sikorski.
On 3rd-5th June 2016 the last eighth session of the Academy of Young Diplomats took place. During Friday session titled “Geopolitics and Democracy in the Post-Soviet area” Jacek Bartosiak and Zbigniew Pisarski from the Casimir Pulaski Foundation (CPF) discussed a range of issues concerning geopolitical meaning of the post-Soviet area.

The 3rd session of the 12th of the Academy of Young Diplomats began on Friday, February 19th, 2016 with a seminar titled “Turkey’s Foreign Policy.” Speakers included Dr. Konrad Zasztowt (Polish Institute of International Affairs), Aleksandra Jaroszewicz (Center for Eastern Studies), and Karol Wasilewski (the Center for International Initiatives).
On the 6th of December 2014, a day in which the European Academy of Diplomacy commenced celebrations of the 10th Anniversary of its founding, the Academy hosted the Graduation of the 10th edition of the Academy of Young Diplomats and the inauguration of the 11th edition.
We are pleased to announce the closing of recruitment for the 11th edition of the Academy of Young Diplomats. The second round of recruitment collected more than 250 applications, from which 100 will be chosen to join the EAD’s annual diplomatic program.
