Academic lecturer: University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), (Department of Personality Psychology – seminars on psychological assessment). Higher School of Promotion – seminars on coaching and organizational culture. As part of development projects for management staff, in addition to individual work (talent mapping, coaching, feedback sessions), he conducts specialized workshops that sustainably enhance the individual and group effectiveness of management teams and deepen their understanding of human processes within organizations. He specializes in building competency frameworks used in recruitment, selection, evaluation, and employee development based on the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) and Assessment Center. He also conducts training sessions, lectures, and workshops on personal skills (including Train the Trainer workshops for internal trainers), emotional intelligence, self-management, conflict management, negotiation, mediation, communication, customer service, and sales techniques.
