EAD TRAININGS

A certified trainer in intercultural communication, multicultural management, and customer service for European, African, Asian, and Arab markets. She designs training programs for the business sector, public administration, and universities based on her own research conducted at the Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She leads business workshops in the Intercultural Communication program at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw.

She has completed numerous training courses in mentoring foreigners and nonviolent communication (Centre for Non-Violent Communication), and has participated in British Council projects dedicated to the integration of foreigners in Poland.

She is the author of publications on multiculturalism and the editor of Poland’s first Guide to African Markets (published by BNP Paribas, 2018). She publishes expert articles in the New Markets section of the Rzeczpospolita daily’s website. She comments on events in African countries in the media—including on Polish Radio, Radio TOK FM, Polsat News, and TVN24.

She is a member of SIETAR Poland (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) and is listed in the ZnaneEkspertki.pl database. She conducts training sessions in Polish and English, communicates in French and Chinese for work purposes, and is currently learning Arabic.
