Organised by the European Academy of Diplomacy, the Academy of Young Diplomats offers ambitious students and young professionals a unique opportunity to develop their diplomatic skills and build connections within the international community.

During the programme, participants will benefit from 140 hours of practical diplomatic training, interactive classes, study visits to international institutions and embassies, and a leadership development programme. The programme combines online learning with in-person meetings in Warsaw, allowing participants to learn from experienced practitioners and discuss global challenges.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in conversations with world-renowned leaders, as well as to meet Ambassadors and learn about their experience in diplomacy, international relations, democracy and global security.

Another unique element of the programme is the chance to graduate from the Academy of Young Diplomats during the Warsaw Security Forum, one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to security and international affairs. Participants will be able to follow high-level discussions and network with prime ministers, politicians and experts from around the world.

The Academy invites motivated candidates aged 18–39 who are interested in international affairs, want to grow professionally and wish to make a positive impact on the world.

Don't miss the chance to join the new generation of diplomacy leaders!
