The Seventh Session of the Academy of Young Diplomats took place in person in Warsaw on 15–17 May. It was centered on the theme of "Leadership, International Order, and Contemporary Diplomacy," offering participants insights into current geopolitics and the inner workings of diplomacy by bringing together high-level practitioners and experts.
The session started with study visits to the embassies of Estonia and the Czech Republic, followed by a workshop on "Today's Geopolitics of the EU: How the Postmodern Actor Works in the Premodern World," led by Piotr Maciej Kaczyński, a consultant specializing in European integration and the EU's decision-making processes.
On Saturday and Sunday, participants took part in Diplomatic Skills classes as well as Specialization classes:

- Flexible Multilateralism in Practice: From C5 Formats to the G20 – Maciej Dachowski
Later, on 5 June, participants joined an online edition of Global Talks featuring Gen. (Ret.) David H. Petraeus, former Director of the CIA (2011–2012), United States Army General, Commander of U.S. Central Command (2008–2010), and member of the WSF International Advisory Council.
