We are pleased to inform that the recruitment for the Academy of Young Diplomats 2027 – the 23rd edition of the programme is now OPEN.
The Academy of Young Diplomats is a leading postgraduate initiative for individuals aspiring to careers in diplomacy, public administration, and international leadership. The programme runs in a flexible year-long hybrid format, combining online learning with in-person sessions in Warsaw, and offers more than 140 hours of practical, skills-based diplomatic training.
Participants take part in study visits to international organisations and embassies, engage in interactive workshops, and develop leadership competencies essential for work in global affairs. The programme brings together a diverse international cohort and fosters lasting professional connections within a strong global network of over 3,000 alumni representing more than 60 countries.
The 22nd edition of the Academy of Young Diplomats brought together 70 participants from 31 countries worldwide, confirming the programme’s truly global character. While 30% of participants came from Poland, 70% represented countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. The edition also reflected strong gender balance, with 60% women and 40% men among the participants.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates receive the Executive Diploma in the Art of Diplomacy, recognising their engagement and achievement throughout the year.
