Urszula Gacek, born and educated in Great Britain, graduate of the University of Oxford, has been living in Poland since 1991. She has over 30 years of professional experience as a business analyst, president of a joint-stock company, national and European parliamentarian and high-ranking diplomat in the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and Consul General of the Republic of Poland in New York. Member of the Council of the Institute of Strategic Studies in Krakow.
