Ph.D. in economics, chairman of Poznań International Fair. Between 1996-2001 and 2002-2006 ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Germany. Former under-secretary of international economic cooperation, under-secretary of foreign affairs, economic advisor to the Polish embassy in Brussels. Honored with the Order of Polonia Restituta.
