Rtired career diplomat with the rank of ambassador, former chief of cabinet of three foreign ministers: Mr Krzysztof Skubiszewski, Mr Dariusz Rosati and Mr Bronisław Geremek, former chief of the Diplomatic Protocol (1998 – 2005), former deputy chief of the Polish Liaison Office to NATO and WEU in Brussels, former ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein (2005 – 2007) and Finland (2011 – 2015). Member of the EAD Council of Ambassadors and diplomatic advisor in the Polish National Chamber of Commerce. Lecturer at many universities and educational institutions. Graduate of the International Relations Institute in Moscow and post-graduate of the Warsaw Main School of Planning and Statistics. Honored with numerous high Polish and foreign orders and decorations.
