"Profession: Diplomat" lecture at University of Warsaw

On October 14th Ambassador Jan W. Piekarski delivered a lecture titled “Profession: Diplomat”at University of Warsaw. The event gathered over 50 students, mostly from the Institute of International Relations. Participants showed great interest in the everyday work of a diplomat and in the recruitment process for the Polish MFA. Amb. Piekarski described his career in the Polish Foreign Service and shared some extraordinary memories from his work abroad.

During the lectures “Profession: Diplomat” speakers discuss issues related to the education of future diplomats, practical aspects of working in diplomacy and international milieu, recruitment process for the Polish Foreign Service and answer questions asked by the participants.
