Ambassador ad personam. In the Polish MFA he handled the problems of the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Director of the MFA Diplomatic Protocol Department (1994-99). Polish ambassador to Pakistan, Belgium and Luxemburg, as well as to Israel. Co-author of the book Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette. Holder of many Polish and foreign decorations, including Legion of Honor and Golden Medal of the Department of State. Member of the EAD Council of Ambassadors.
