New Horizons: Leadership in the Corporate World – AYD 3rd session

The beginning of February was meaningful for all students of the 14th edition of Academy of Young Diplomats. Participants had a delightful opportunity to take part in the III session of AYD on the 2-4th of February.

The Academy of Young Diplomats Program always strives to provide it’s  students with essential and up-to-date information. That is one of the main reason making AYD an outstanding expert in creating necessary skills in diplomats in the modern world. Therefore the lead point of III session of 14th edition of AYD was dedicated to Leadership in the Corporate World. Gathering started on Friday, the second of February with a Regional Seminar about crucial issues of the Middle East Modernization, declaimed by Dr. Patrycja Sasnal, Middle East and North Africa expert.

 The III Session was continued on Saturday with a Leadership Circles Lecture established specially for proactive students, who are ready to take up a challenge of competition in the advanced world of international relations. One of the best-loved by participants part of the III session was a great motivating lecture Leadership in the Corporate World by professional in this branch Mr. Piotr Cieszewski. The Saturday was finished with specialization classes including Public Diplomacy and Policy Making for students of Polish Foreign Policy, Savoir-vivre and EU Decision Making Process and Foreign Policy for International Organizations, Negotiation in Conflict Resolution for International Security students. Lectures were given by Director of European Academy of Diplomacy Katarzyna Pisarska and experts Adam Jarczyński, Dr. Ilona Humen and Jason Worlledge.

 For participants of 14th edition were provided extracurricular Sunday Workshops with Mr. Adam Jarczyński, who gave a lot of useful tips in Dress Code art and Ms. Zuzanna Mazurek, who provided students with advices about good CVs writing and brilliant job interviewing. The entire program has been very well received by prospective attendees.
