This module will be a guide to some of the most important negotiation issues that arise in leadership situations, and techniques to be used in order to solve these issues. Participants will be explained the importance of the negotiation process for their future career development as well as of the presence of good faith in order to find a common ground with opponents and achieve the desired outcome.
After completing the course, participants should:
