Course Overview:
This 3-hour intensive course is designed to provide participants with an introduction to effective leadership communication. As studies show, the two primary reasons for which team members dislike their bosses are poor communication and lack of recognition. This workshop will allow participants to improve their understanding of the communication process. It will elaborate on the role of emotional intelligence in leading teams and offer a set of exercises sharpening specific skills, such as providing feedback.
