The four-day intensive course is designed to empower emerging corporate leaders, who need to understand key challenges of leadership, as they assume more responsibility for their companies’ future. By focusing on three critical areas – personal leadership, organizational leadership and empowering leadership – the course allows participants to synthesize the learning into a coherent personal leadership philosophy that will be a basis for self-improvement in the future and will help them to undertake new roles within their company.

Negotiation Skills and Techniques
This module will be a guide to some of the most important negotiation issues that arise in leadership situations, and techniques to be used in order to solve these issues. Participants will be explained the importance of the negotiation process for their future career development as well as of the presence of good faith in order to find a common ground with opponents and achieve the desired outcome.
Leadership & Team Management
This 5-hour intensive course is designed to provide participants –mid-level managers – with an introduction to effective leadership communication. As studies show, the two primary reasons for which team members dislike their bosses are poor communication and lack of recognition. This workshop will allow participants to improve their understanding of the communication process. It will elaborate on the role of emotional intelligence in leading teams and offer a set of exercises sharpening specific skills, such as providing feedback.
DISC – Personal Assessment
During the workshop, participants will be able to receive information what kind of leader they are. DISC is a useful tool to improve communicati0n, teamwork and change efficiency at the workplace.
The Image of a Leader in Politics and Business
The module will help participants to obtain the most up-to-date knowledge on who a true leader is from a psychological perspective: why what you see is all there is?
Based on psychological research and case studies from business and politics, participants will be shown how to create, communicate and deliver the value of leadership. They will go through mistakes (not to repeat them) and victories (to learn the best), study bounded rationality of audience and basics of persuasion not only to make an impression but to make a difference with a professional style of (non)verbal communication.
