A speciallized training dedicated for those who wish to develop their knowledge, and pallate, in the world of wine. Insight into this refined art will bring a casual ease to official ceremonies, after-hour meetings, business mixers and informal gatherings with friends and family and will enable you to navigate the subtlies of enjoy wine. Learn how to speak about it with confidence, how to pair it properly with food, how to enjoy the sophistication of it without intimidation. We wish participants to learn the ‘culture of wine’. History of wine, as well as current trends in Europe and around the world will help you know what to expect each time you pop the cork. Properly enjoying wine is an experience and skill that emphasizes your class and culture, the necessities of the 21st century manager.


Training program includes following issues:


• Basics of wine history and classifications (production methods, styles)
• Information on current situation in the world of wines; specifics of different markets in Europe and in the world


• Rules of choosing wine- matching taste of beverage and a meal
• What influences the taste of wine and feeling it provides
 • Wine tasting – art of evaluating beverages – proper vocabulary


• How to organize a reception
• How to behave in a restaurant
• How to buy/choose wine
• How to speak/talk about wine
• Storing wine and ways to serve it

Training lasts for four hours and takes place at the European Academy of Diplomacy headquarters. The price of the training includes both lecture and tasting.
